Counseling
Discussions that dive deeply into areas that you would like to see improved. I provide a safe space filled with compassion for you to share your experiences, vent, and make changes as you are ready. We can use a combination of modalities to find the most benefit, which could include CBT, DBT skills, or EMDR.
Coaching
For those clients who are looking for very focused, shorter-term sessions to make specific changes. I provide the same compassionate approach during these sessions, just a little more directive than my counseling sessions.
Intuitive
If you prefer something more on the metaphysical side, I offer Jungian-style sessions and/or distance Reiki.

Counseling tends to be much more in depth. Coaching tends to be shorter term and focused on one goal rather than several.
I specialize in helping people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma, shame, and addictions. I work with couples who are interested in improving their communication and understanding each other more deeply. I have also facilitated discussions about ending their relationship if that is the goal.
Rates are based on the amount of time that we spend together. I accept some insurance for counseling sessions. Please contact me to determine if I am in network for your insurance carrier. I do not take Medicare or Medicaid.
Coaching & Intuitive Services are not covered by insurance so would be self-pay.
You always have free will. I am very open to feedback and it is always OK to express whatever you are feeling with me. Many client haven’t been allowed to say “no” before; I encourage you to develop appropriate boundaries and practice them with me. I can promise you that I won’t ask you to do anything that goes against your values or that I would not do myself.
If you are interested in counseling and live in Wisconsin, we can meet via a secure platform using video. If you live outside of Wisconsin, please contact me to see if coaching would be appropriate for your situation. We would use the same secure platform to meet via video.
